New Delhi, 19 July 2024: NTPC Limited won three awards at the prestigious Economic Times (ETHRWorld) Future Skills Awards 2024 which recognizes innovation and achievement in workplace learning. The awards were won in the following categories:
• Best Use of AI/AR/VR in Learning & Upskilling – Gold
• Best Advance in Creating an Extended Enterprise Learning Program – Gold
• Best Use of Games or Simulations in L&D – Silver
The Awards were received by Ms Rachana Singh Bhal, CGM (Strategic HR & Talent Management & Head PMI), Shri Alok Kumar Tripathi, GM(RLI Sipat) and Shri Chandramauli S Jangbahadur, GM (Strategic HR & Talent Management, COE-HR) along with other officials, in a glittering function held at Gurugram on 18th July, 2024.
