New Delhi, 30 August 2024: Senior delegates from the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) and the American Welding Society (AWS) visited PMI on 28th August 2024.
The team, including Mr. Neal Couture, CEO (ASNT – USA), Mr. Paul Lang, Chief Global Strategy Officer (ASNT – USA), Mr. Nathan Carter, Regional Director (AWS – USA) and Mr. Richard Arn, Vice President (AWS – USA) discussed offering internationally recognised certification training programs in Welding, Inspection, and advanced NDT techniques.
They also proposed to conduct these certification training programs at RLIs and EDCs across NTPC projects.
Additionally, they expressed interest in providing access to online resources including technical papers available on High Alloy Steel Welding (T91, T92 and T23 grades), stainless steel welding and advanced NDT techniques.
