New Delhi, 25 September 2024: The Vigilance Executive Conference was successfully organized in Coorg, Karnataka from 19th to 20th September. The two-day event brought together key vigilance professionals and senior leadership to discuss challenges and strategies in the realm of vigilance.
The event was inaugurated by Smt Rashmita Jha CVO along with Smt Shobha Pattabhiraman, ED (Vigilance). The event featured presentations by regional and site executives, showcasing innovative approaches to preventive vigilance. These sessions highlighted efforts to reinforce ethical governance and foster transparency within NTPC, encouraging participants to share best practices and collaborate on region-specific challenges.
The conference also featured two impactful expert sessions. Dr Ravi Kumar, Former Professor (IIM Bangalore), delivered a talk on “Discovering Self and Enhancing Managerial Success,” and Dr Kajari Mukherjee (IIM Indore) led a session on “Managing and Leading in a VUCA World.”
The event concluded with closing remarks from Smt Rashmita Jha CVO, who commended the collective efforts and encouraged continued innovation in the field of vigilance.
