Bangalore, 18 March 2025: BEL has handed over assistive devices manufactured by ALIMCO (Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India) to Persons with Disabilities at a Camp Organised in Mangaluru. Altogether 712 assistive devices worth Rs. 44.6 Lakhs were handed over to 443 PWDs.
Shri Vikraman N, Director (HR) officiated this event. Assistive devices distributed included tricycles, wheel chairs, crutches, walking sticks, rollators, smart canes, mobile phones, Braille kits, Braille canes, hearing aids and artificial limbs and calipers.
