New Delhi, 07 August 2024: NTPC PMI organized a two-day workshop on 5th and 6th August 2024 on Gender Sensitivity and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness, for participants from across NTPC. The workshop aimed to foster a more inclusive and respectful workplace environment.
Ms. Shefali from HR Gurukul conducted the workshop, providing valuable insights and practical strategies for addressing gender biases and preventing harassment. Dr. Praveen Kumari Singh, ex-Additional Secretary-CVC, delivered an expert talk, highlighting key challenges and the importance of such crucial areas in the workplace.
The workshop emphasized upon the critical need for awareness and proactive measures to ensure a safe and equitable environment for all employees at an organization.
