New Delhi, 01 August 2022 : The Public Enterprises Selection (PESB) held interview for the selection of Chairman & Managing Director, GAIL (India) Limited. The PESB has recommended the name of Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, GAIL (India) Limited. He is presently serving as Director (Finance), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
His appointment order is under consideration and will be soon confirmed by the Appointment Committee of Cabinet (ACC) for the post of CMD GAIL (India) Ltd. Shri S K Gupta will take charge after the tenure of present CMD Shri Manoj Jain ends on 31 August 2022.
